TO-3 Silicone Pad Transistor Assembly Kit - TO-3-P-1 - Pack of 25

This product is a kit consisting of

1. TO-3 Silicone heat sink pads
2. TO-3 Bushing
3. SS-304 M3 15MM Screws
4. SS-304 M3 Nuts
5. SS M3 Washers
6. SS M3 Spring Washers
7. M3 Solder Lugs

The kit can be used to mount electronic components with TO-3 cases to be mounted on to the heat sink with proper electrical isolation and good thermal conductivity. The kit can be used with or without thermal grease / heatsink compound.

Components such as regulators, transistors, SCRs, diodes, etc., which come in TO-3 package can be mounted on to the heatsink through this kit.

Note that this kit does not come with a nut. It can only be used with heat sinks with M3 tap.

The kit has been neatly packaged in a small PVC box.
