Cancellation & Refund Policy

SAI FAIR BRANDS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. An order can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped. We will not be able to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

2. Partial cancellation of an order is not possible.

3. theheatsink.com (M/s Sai Fair Brands) reserves the right to refuse any order or ask for more information on the order to process an order.

Return Policy

Note:

#. Due to the electronic and technical nature of the products we will accept a return only if it is unused and packed in the packing as received.
#. Shipping charges are non refundable in case a product is returned.

We do allow for return of components/products/kits/modules within 10 days of shipment under the following conditions.

The product has suffered any kind of damage while in transit. ( To be reported within 1 working day with photographic evidence )

Prior to returning any Goods to the Firm for any reason, the Customer must contact the Firm. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Firm and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


theheatsink.com (M/s Sai Fair Brands) operates a 10 day return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by the Firm within 10 days of delivery to the Customer. The Customer should clearly quote the Customer’s order number. Any Goods returned after 10 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' will only be accepted at the discretion of the Firm. All Goods returned (whether within 10 days of delivery or otherwise) will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of INR 500). We allow for return of components provided they have not been soldered, tinned, tampered or used in any form. Partial return may be possible in certain conditions and is taken-up on case-to-case basis for which the customer has to contact theheatsink.com (M/s Sai Fair Brands) to deduce an amicable solution. But it is at the discretion of theheatsink.com (M/s Sai Fair Brands) to process a partial return.

Goods that consist of software or are specially constructed or contain any of the hazardous substances referred to in European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical or Electronic Equipment (RoHS) may not be returned under this Condition . Any Goods which are not in catalogue or are non-stock items may not be returned under this Condition . Any static sensitive Goods supplied in sealed packaging may not be returned if the blister or 'peel' packs in which they are supplied has been opened, tampered with or damaged.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the SAI FAIR BRANDS, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Refund related issues

If you have received a mail from us confirming your cancellation/return request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with our payment partners for the same. Sometimes it takes a longer amount time to process the refund request. However, if the refund has not happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
