This product is a kit consisting of

1. TO-247 Silicone heat sink pads
2. TO-247 Bushing
3. SS-304 M3 15MM Screws
4. SS-304 M3 Nuts
5. SS M3 Washers
6. SS M3 Spring Washers

The kit can be used to mount electronic components with TO-247 cases to be mounted on to the heat sink with proper electrical isolation and good thermal conductivity. The kit can be used with or without thermal grease / heat sink compound.

Components such as regulators, transistors, SCRs, diodes, etc., which come in TO-247 package can be mounted on to the heatsink through this kit.

Note that this kit can be used for mounting TO-247 cases on heat sinks without a tap and with a hole size slightly greater than 3mm by securing with the nut. It can also be used on heat sinks with M3 tap.

The kit has been neatly packaged in a small PVC box.
