In electronics applications, a heat sink is a heat exchanger that transfers the heat generated by an electronic device to an attached material made with aluminium or copper from where it is dissipated away from the device, thereby allowing regulation of the device's temperature. It helps the electronic component to improve its performance and extend its life.

A heat sink sometimes incorporates a fan or other mechanism to reduce the temperature of a electronic hardware component, such as a processor or a high power transistor.

Basically heat sinks are of two types.

1. Passive Heat Sinks
2. Active Heat Sinks

In this category we have listed heat sinks suitable for industrial applications which require precision heat exchange. These heat sinks are used with MOSFETs, IGBTs, Power Resistors, Processors, etc. These heat sinks are stringently tested on various quality parameters to ensure a flawless performance.

K1, K2, K3, K4 heat sinks with different mounting hole sizes, 80AD heat sinks, round turbine heat sinks, large heat sinks for peltier modules, etc. are some of the examples for heat sinks used in industrial applications.
